Anyway, I am currently writing my master thesis at the Department of Informatics in Lund, southern Sweden.

It is a masters program in Information Systems (which I in reality finished in 2004, with only the thesis remaining)
The same kind of program can be found on all the larger Universities in Sweden so it depends on where you want to live and what to study. Perhaps you want more mathematics and programming, in which case a degree in engineering would be better (www.lth.se). Or maybe you only want to take individual courses. Everything is possible. However, the deadline for applying for fall semester 2009 was on April 15th, but it might be possible to get in if the classes are not full.
If you give me some more specifics on your requirements I might be able to point you in the right direction.
